4 lbs. Chicken Wings
3 Tablespoons Whiskey Maple Smoke Rub
1/4 C Olive Oil
1/4 C Whiskey
1/4 C Dark Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare baking sheets by covering with aluminum foil and placing a baking grate on top.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together Whiskey Maple Smoke Rub, olive oil, whiskey and dark brown sugar.
Place chicken wings in the bowl and thoroughly coat with the mixture. Once they are good and covered with all that whiskey goodness, place the wings on the prepared baking sheet and arrange evenly in one layer.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until the chicken skin is nice and crispy. Transfer to a platter and serve hot.
